Oak Creek Meadows is part of a beautiful suburban development approximately three miles southwest of downtown Albany, Oregon.
Part of the Brookfield neighborhood, the association includes 130 homes and is managed by volunteers. Nestled alongside natural wetlands, our neighborhood is affectionately known as the “Animal Kingdom” or “the Zoo,” a playful nod to our uniquely named streets and the wildlife-inspired character of our surroundings.
