About Us

What the HOA is

The Oak Creek Meadows Homeowners Association was established in 1995 to help manage and oversee the community’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

These guidelines apply to all properties within the neighborhood and are acknowledged by homeowners when purchasing a home.

Why It Exists

The CC&Rs are part of Oregon’s Planned Unit Development requirements and are designed to help maintain neighborhood livability.

They help reduce nuisances and preserve the overall appearance, consistency, and quality of the community.

How It's Managed

The CC&Rs are enforced through a volunteer Board of Directors elected by homeowners at the Annual Member Meeting each December.

The Board is made up of residents representing approximately 130 homes in the community.

Meet The Board

Amanda Fee

President

My family moved into our home in January 2009. We love this neighborhood and especially enjoy the wetlands and trails.  My husband and I have four children, five indoor kitties, two guinea pigs, and a tortoise.

Bronson Whitmore

Vice President

Bronson is a U.S. Army veteran and a data science student at Oregon State University. When he's not in class or working on board projects, he's at home with his wife Kendra and their daughter Renna. He and Kendra are regulars at West Coast Swing dance socials, and you can usually catch him out at the playground with Renna most afternoons.

Lisa Arrowood

Secretary

My husband and I moved into our home in August of 2022. We enjoy walking the neighborhood and wetlands. We have one indoor cat who enjoys watching all the neighborhood dogs walk by daily. We're still very new to Albany (and the state of OR) moving her from Wisconsin. We look forward to meeting more of our neighbors!
