Annual Homeowners Meeting

Welcome! Our annual homeowners meeting is an opportunity for neighbors to come together, stay informed about community updates, and help shape the future of our neighborhood.

Whether you’ve lived here for years or are new to the community, your voice and participation matter. The meeting provides an opportunity to hear from the HOA Board, discuss upcoming projects and priorities, ask questions, and connect with fellow homeowners who share a commitment to keeping our neighborhood welcoming, beautiful, and thriving.

Per our Bylaws, the Annual Homeowners Meeting is held each December. Official meeting notices will be mailed to homeowners via USPS within 30 days of the meeting date.

We encourage all homeowners to participate and look forward to seeing you at this year’s meeting.

A proxy form allows a homeowner to authorize another person to attend and vote on their behalf at a homeowners meeting if they are unable to attend in person. Submitting a proxy helps ensure your household is represented and assists the Association in meeting quorum requirements necessary to conduct official business.

A general proxy form is available below and may be used for any homeowners meeting. Homeowners should complete the meeting date section before submitting the form.
