Find information about current year HOA dues and fees, available payment options, and a form for any billing questions or payment requests. Our goal is to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible for all homeowners in our community.
Annual HOA dues are assessed each year to support the maintenance and operation of the Oak Creek Meadows community. Homeowners may also choose to opt in to paper communications for an additional annual fee.

Bank BillPay
Many financial institutions offer free Bill Pay services through their website or mobile app. This is a convenient option for homeowners who do not use physical checks.
When setting up your payment:
- Make checks payable to Oak Creek Meadows HOA
- Use the HOA mailing address (PO Box) as the payment address
- If your bank requires an account number, please use your street address as the account reference
Most banks will mail a physical check on your behalf, so payments should be scheduled early enough to arrive by the due date.

Tips:
- If the name on the check does not match the homeowner name on file, please include the property street address in the memo line to help ensure your payment is applied correctly.
- A copy of your invoice or statement is not required when mailing payment.
PayPal or Card Payments
If you prefer to pay online, you may submit payment through the HOA’s PayPal account using PayPal, a debit card, or a credit card.
Please note:
- Processing fees apply to electronic payments
- A nonrefundable convenience fee will be added to cover these costs
To ensure the correct amount is paid, please submit a request using the form below to receive an invoice before making payment.
Payments submitted without prior arrangements, or for an incorrect amount, may be returned.
