Property Complaints

The Oak Creek Meadows HOA is committed to helping maintain the appearance, safety, and standards of our community in accordance with the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and adopted Rules and Policies.

This form may be used by homeowners and residents to report potential violations or concerns related to properties within the community. To assist the Board in reviewing and investigating complaints, please provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible, including the property address, description of the concern, relevant dates, and any supporting information or documentation.

All complaints submitted to the Board will be reviewed; however, submission of a complaint does not guarantee that enforcement action will be taken. The Board will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported concerns while respecting homeowner privacy rights and the limitations of the Association’s authority.
