The Oak Creek Meadows Homeowners Association (HOA) was created in 1995 to implement the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) placed on properties that are within its boundaries.

CC&Rs are required for subdivisions created under the authority of Oregon’s Planned Unit Development statutes to govern and guide property owner activities.  The purpose is to maintain the livability of the area by eliminating nuisances and maintaining the aesthetic qualities of the area. CC&Rs exist as a contract between homeowners and is signed by any new homeowners prior to taking possession.

Responsibility for enforcement of the CC&Rs is held jointly by the homeowners through a Board elected at the Annual Member Meeting in December. The Board is currently comprised of three members elected from among the 130 homeowners.

My wife and I moved into our home in March of 2015. We really enjoy living right next to the park and enjoy walking around the neighborhood. We have 2 golden-doodle’s Maple and Ember. Feel free to say hello if you see us out for a walk!

My family moved into our home in January 2009. We love this neighborhood and especially enjoy the wetlands and trails.  My husband and I have four children, three indoor kitties, and a tortoise.

My husband and I moved into our home in August of 2022. We enjoy walking the neighborhood and wetlands. We have one indoor cat who enjoys watching all the neighborhood dogs walk by daily. We're still very new to Albany (and the state of OR) moving her from Wisconsin. We look forward to meeting more of our neighbors!
