Below is a list of options for paying your HOA Annual dues. The annual dues for 2025 are $85.00.

Pay with BillPay through your bank or credit union (no convenience fee):

Submit an electronic payment (3.49% + .49 flat fee convenience fee):

If you prefer to use your PayPal, Venmo, or other card option, you can submit a payment through the HOA's PayPal account. There are processing fees associated with this option, so there is a nonrefundable fee assessed. If you already have an existing credit or balance on your account, please reach out to us. We can provide you with an updated amount and new link to pay from.

Pay with an electronic check (1% convenience fee):

Pay with a physical check (no convenience fee):

Many financial institutions offer free BillPay through their website and/or app. This is a great option for anyone that doesn't have physical checks. When setting up the payment, checks would still be payable to Oak Creek Meadows HOA, and the address is our PO Box. If the bank requires you to provide an account number, please use your street address.

If your bank or credit union doesn't offer BillPay, and you don't have any physical checks, you can submit a payment through QuickBooks (Intuit). This is a secure option and the HOA won't have any access to your personal banking information. If you would like to pay using this method, please reach out to us and we can send you an electronic invoice that you can pay from.
